As an annual activity of the Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM) Program, Tribute to Seniors and Round Table Discussion with Industry Experts was held on 20 April 2017, from 10:00 AM-4:00 PM, in the Café Fleur-de-lis, HRM Training Center.
The activity was a joint effort of the HRM 3rd Year Catering Management class of Dr. Emily Banzel and the Hotel and Restaurant Circle of Paulinians (HRCP).
The industry experts from the hospitality and tourism industry who graced the events shared their work experiences in the field of food and beverage, hotel management, and culinary arts. On the other hand, the achievements of the HRM 4th year students recognized through special awards and citations.
